Full Testimony - Self-hate, Anxiety + Depression, Addiction: What I Believe and Why I Believe it

I am trying to explain all the relevant factors that lead to a mental disposition where ultimately the only thing I felt I could do was self medicate to escape. Then go over what I had to come to terms with, and the way I found my way out of the prison of my own device. I hope that by sharing my story I might be able to help people who are still struggling, and shed light on some of the inadequacies I see in our current rehab industrial complex.
