Goat a Load of That! DOZENS of Escaped Goats Block Road, Take over Neighborhood

Pinole police officers tried to contain dozens of escaped goats in a California neighborhood while waiting for a herder to recover them. The goats are used in the area to eat weeds and dry vegetation to reduce the risk of fires.
