20230720 Small Disciplines - Another Tool for Raising Children

I began developing my ideas on small disciplines as a way to develop habits for me.

Habits for success, yes, but more for living with my depression and ADHD.

This summer I've implemented a programme of small disciplines to help my boys learn habits for success that will more than help them with school, it will set them up for success in life.
