Seems the amount of colonists arriving ramps up with each iteration, so you have to likewise ensure there's plenty of homes for everyone. And food. And electricity. And WATER. -_- Managed to do it though. Still a bit of a pain with the randomness of the terraforming options, though this round it worked out okayish in combination with the randomness of the terrain as well.

Really would be preferable to have a standardized set of terraforming options that just cost whatever things, and use them when needed, rather than wait for a few random ones to generate every so often. I'm sure I could use the current system better too, but IMO, it would still be best to select exactly what's necessary instead of only being able to hope something useful may appear eventually. -_-
