Boyyyyy do we have a lot to talk about after the last 48 hours--temporarily, we had a strike on one of our channels that was wrongfully assigned, spinning the week into a bit of a tailspin and getting me thinking about how content is moderated.

As an independent creator, it is already unbelievably difficult to grow channels without the benefit of endless budgets and huge teams, but when you factor in the threat of deplatforming, it's a whole new ball game.

Today I am joined by my friend Ian Haworth to discuss how content is moderated on the internet's biggest platforms, why independent content creation matters, and how we can continue telling the truth to the world even as just a singular voice. WARNING: about 15 minutes in, Ian's audio was corrupted in our video processing, so unfortunately our interview is cut a bit short, but we will be having him back ASAP for a longer conversation on the stream!
