Tyranny, Abuse, and Heat Stroke on Commercial Airlines

Screaming babies, vomiting adults, and passengers held hostage.  Welcome to 21st Century air travel.  Air travel has gotten cheaper but the service and amenities offered 30 years, ago (especially 60 years ago) aren't available at any price on commercial airlines.  One story particularly illustrates the disregard for "customers" — trapped w/o air conditioning on tarmac for 4 hours in 111 degree weather.   The arrogant contempt of the TSA appears to be contagious.
