Block 3 Week 3: Comp Squat and Comp Bench Press

I was feeling a bit tired and low energy, but this ended up being a pretty good session, overall. Music definitely helps, haha. The new squatting technique seems to be faring well. The Top Set did not quite move the fastest it ever has, but still felt fairly easy, and I think a bit lower than the prescribed RPE of 8. Still, I was feeling pretty tired by the Bench Press, and was really relying on the music to get me through, lol. However, the Top Set went incredibly well, and felt like a damn warm up, which is very encouraging.
