So here's the setup. It's a bar in Key West, Florida. The owner is 57 years old. He's a real estate tycoon. He finds a young man without a shirt. 21 years old's come out and is peeing on the wall, so he confronts him.
Well, Houston, it turns out to be a huge tragedy, and here's why.
Florida law says a person is justified, justified in using deadly force if he or she reasonably believes that using or threatening to use such force is necessary to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm to yourself or harm to others or to prevent the imminent commission of a forcible felony.
