Justice Department takes legal action against Texas

The Justice Department is suing Texas, accusing the Republican-led state of defying federal law to illegally install a floating barrier along the Rio Grande River to deter migrant crossings from Mexico. The Texas governor is now vowing to take this fight all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary.
