‘Portal to hell’ found in Moscow Region

A bench with flames coming from under it was spotted in Moscow Region. It was quickly dubbed as a ‘portal to hell’, but on a closer look, it is not all so dramatic. According to preliminary information, an electrical cable was damaged when the bench was installed and then water seeped into the cracks. The ‘electric chair’ has since been defused and no casualties were reported.
