UFO in Brazil: Teleportation? Cloaking? Light effect?

I recorded this UFO flying over Ribeirao Preto (SP) - Brazil at February 16th, 2017, 8h45 pm. Please watch at 1080p@60fps!
Camera: Panasonic HC-V700M (46x zoom) at 1080p@60fps
Direction of the recording: northwest (the UFO could be seen at the same direction for over a hour).

Sorry about the shaking, but recording at 46x zoom level without a tripod is not easy.

The yellow light at the start of the video (at left) is from a light pole.

0:22 the UFO seems to start teleporting itself. Or is it cloaking itself? Or is it a bigger UFO playing with its own light? Or is it simply a huge drone???
