WeTV Love After Lockup couple Jade and Chris Chipps seem to have a lot of money to afford a half million dollar home, indoor pool, new truck and trailer. Where does it come from, since Chipps is incarcerated for burglary, grand theft and identity theft? Chipps is one-quarter Native American and an enrolled member of the Prairie Island Mdewakanton Dakota Tribe in Minnesota, which operates Treasure Island Resort and Casino near Hastings.
