Day 9 of 60: Good Morning! What's Your Motivation?

Good morning everyone! I'm excited for another day. I started today off with a win by waking up early and going for a walk. Turned this walk into a light jog which felt great even though it was hard. I'm making progress and I want you to be here with me!
