Arizona Man Found Electrocuted Inside Manhole

On May, 19, 2014 Tuscon Electric Power Crews Discovered The Body Of A Electrocuted Man Holding Box Cutters Near Copper Wiring(High Voltage Utility Volt), Following A Power Outage.The Body Was Found Inside A Manhole Located At The Intersection Of Tanque Verge And Tanque Verge Loop. The Autopsy Done On The Man Claims The Man Had Been Dead 1 or 2 Years, Before Being Found. An Identification Card On The Man Claimed The Man Was 51 Years Of Age. The Damage Done To The Remains Make It Difficult To Identify Him. Tuscon Electric Power Crews Wouldn't Say If The Man Was Stealing Copper Or Not. The Manhole Was Last Offically Opened In 2009.
