Bruce Burgess, 69, Owner Of "My Southern Charm" A Store Located In LaVergne, Tennessee, Was Arrested On November, 02, 2016, For Putting A Surveillance Camera In His Business Bathroom. A Customer Using The Bathroom Noticed A Camera Disquised As A "Air Wick" Air Freshner And Called The Police. Burgess Was Charged With "Photographing In Violation Of Privacy And Observation Without Consent".
