Been using for about a month, does not splatter to outside, inner lid does get messy which I guess is normal. My only dislike so far is that when cooking white rice, if you use white rice button function, I find the rice although cooked but still kind of hard.
So even cooking white rice I use the brown rice button function, and just add a little bit more water, when you do that then the rice comes out well cooked, and yes fluffy.
