There is always confusion where there is a lack of direction or knowledge. If there is no reason as to why numbers repeat, it is preferable that one doesn't invest too much in these numbers, since they may end up seeing everything as a sign. And an uncontrolled, misunderstood mind will easily create all sorts of prophecies and ideas based on your lacks and needs. Should you never forget also the power of the mind, eh? That it can create anything and show it to you in such a way that it feels more than real. :3 Don't get yourself fooled. It's easy. And the suffering that comes with that is... well: proportional to one's own expectations of something's results.

And yes, it is possible to train your mind to "hunt" these special mirror hours, since there's also an inner clock within us, or the biological clock, however my intuition says it is possible only in the case of those who obsess themselves with seeing these signs, because they desperately seek ways out of their suffering (yet may still be doing the easy things).
