Apocalyptic wildfires trigger evacuations of yet another Greek village

Residents of the village of Trapeza, Greece have been evacuated after the flames of wildfires raging in the mountains came dangerously close to residential areas, as the country has been gripped with deadly fires for almost two weeks.

An average of 50 new wildfires have broken out daily for the past 12 days in Greece, according to government spokesperson Pavlos Marinakis.
