RIVER RWIZI RESTORATION DRIVE; COMMUNITY ASKS FOR MANPOWER TO EVICT WETLAND ENCROACHERS

Local residents in Rwampara district have asked for manpower from the environmental Protection Police and the District Environmental officer to evict colleagues who have adamantly refused to leave the catchment areas. They accuse these encroachers to be the ones contributing to the harsh dry spells experienced in the area.
