IMPORTANT: If trying this at home, make sure that the plastic bottle you use is HDPE as many other plastics can release toxic fumes when heated.
NOT TOO IMPORTANT BUT USEFUL: Excess plastic can be removed easier by scoring the molten plastic with a razor.
