This home was built in the Silverleaf Village neighborhood in Silverleaf. Silver leaf is a large masterplanned community in Saint Johns County Florida. It's a short distance to both Jacksonville or St. Augustine Florida. Silverleaf offers many of the amenities of the other mastplanned communities but with no CDD fees. The cost of the amenities is included in the HOA or Home Owner's Association fees.

Silverleaf is popular with families looking for amenities but without the CDD fees. Also the cost is less then similar homes in Nocatee. Also if you are looking for a home near NAS Jax (Naval Air Station Jacksonville) or Mayport Naval Station you should consider Silverleaf.
