White House calls for 'consensus' building in Israel

The White House on Monday (July 24) called it "unfortunate" that the Israeli parliament ratified part of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's contested judicial overhaul plan and encouraged the government to reach a broad consensus with the opposition.
