Hey guys, so i was told recently I need to have some sort of output and that I should show people the real me and just keep it real for a weekly youtube rant where I just talk about anything on my mind. So that's what I've done ! I'll go into current events I find weird or interesting, I'll talk about bodybuilding of course and maybe some case studies which hopefully provide useful insight on certain topics.
