In 2022 Tulsi Gabbard said, the United States has Bio-Weapons Labs in Ukraine.

Mitt Romney was threatening Tulsi Gabbard for suggesting the U.S. was funding biolabs in Ukraine. It turns out, Tulsi Gabbard was wrong, there are 46 Bio-Weapons Labs.

According to the Pentagon, the U.S. government has funded 46 biological research facilities in Ukraine over the last 20 years.

U.S. Department of Defense issued a contract for 'COVID-19 Research' in Ukraine 3 months before Covid was known to even exist. Contract awarded in November, 2019 for 'COVID-19 Research' was instructed to take place in Ukraine, of a much larger contract.

The United States resumes construction of Bio-Weapons Laboratories in Ukraine, Russian MoD says. The U.S. has resumed the program of biological laboratories in Ukraine and is expanding the format to train Ukrainian biologists, Igor Kirillov.

Russia: The United States Biolabs still working on dangerous pathogens in Ukraine. U.S. funded biological research laboratories continue to operate in Ukraine in spite of official statements indicating that they had been deactivated.
