Processing Chickens 2023 - Our Set Up and How to Dispatch a Chicken

Chicken processing day 2023 was much more efficient and enjoyable compared to 2022. This was only our second time raising broilers, but we definitely got the hang of it. We were able to put over 350lbs of super high quality meat into our freezer.
