Erik ten Hag will continue his search for a new striker. Atalanta's Rasmus Hojlund is the Reds' top target but Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy has been told by owner Joe Lewis that Harry Kane cannot be allowed to run down his contract.

This means he will either have to be sold or convinced to sign a new deal this summer, the latter of which looks unlikely.
