WWI Homing Pigeons

On the training of pigeons at Camp Vail, N.J. Pigeons are called in and return from exercise flights. Young birds are trained to enter traps. Pigeons are released at Monmouth, N.J. Pigeon handlers receive awards at Washington, D.C., from the National Racing Pigeon Association.
