Police Get Squad Car Stolen

"I was sitting in my car checking my messages and I saw the police pull over a car straight opposite me. Then I saw a guy yelling and screaming, as the police were putting him in the back of their police car. I saw him checking out something a couple of times in the front seat while the officers returned to inspect his car. Next, I see him jumping over and getting into the drivers seat. He just drove off in the police car! The police looked shocked at first and called for help, they got into his car and they sped after him!"
