UFO Caught On Tape (Falcon 9. 07/23/23) 🛰️

I had no clue what it was. I read Falcon 9 launched 22 satellites at around the same time, from Florida. I saw this in the West, so it was probably after it orbited around Earth ? I have no clue how this works. If someone knows, enlighten me.
