Overcoming is less to do with repentance and more to do with discipline.

Recompense = decree of divorce already granted

Decree of Divorce granted = repentance on a thing and laying down 178 generations (optional on 178, not optional on past 5)

Repentance on a thing = NO LONGER DOING IT

Repenting on dishonoring God (for example),

... 3 days later, saying something that dishonors God
repent again

... 8 days later, saying something that dishonors God
repent again

2 weeks later, saying something that dishonors God
repent again

find yourself being unable or HATING the idea of dishonoring God = divorce decree granted

... 3 days later, find yourself dishonoring God
repent again but this time add "This is a fruit, a seed, a harvest trying to wreck this life and I ask Holy Spirit to burn out every part of the seed, of the harvest, and burn out every root of this evil thing."

.. 2 days later, enemy starts telling you how much time you spend dishonoring God. AGREE WITH THE ACCUSATION and repent but add "This is a fruit, a seed, a harvest trying to wreck this life and I ask Holy Spirit to burn out every part of the seed, of the harvest, and burn out every root of this evil thing."

Enemy is nonstop harassing of how much you repented but did it again and again calling you a hypocrite because you couldn't follow through

DEMAND RECOMPENSE

"I call on Holy Spirit to burn out every fruit, every seed. I call this harvest cancelled. This thing of dishonor is under the Blood of Jesus and for you demons to accuse me repeatedly for something that I have already repented of and it is not in my life, I demand recompense. I say right now that each and every thing that you have traded away from my ancestors that has caused this thing of dishonor to flow in our lives. I trade everything that I have repented for, I ask for the things of God's Blessings that were traded away from my bloodline. I trade my records of repentance for the the records of things stolen. I demand that you give back in a trade everything that you stole and receive all the records that are under the Blood on things you can no longer accuse me of."
