1 Thessalonians 4:13-14 New King James Version
13 But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who have fallen [a]asleep, lest you sorrow as others who have no hope. 14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who [b]sleep in Jesus.

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA EVERYONE!!!
I have to say guys that I really love this passage of scripture, because it conveys such a wonderful truth, and that is that we Christians have a hope that the lost world doesn't have, and that precious hope is that one day we're going to be face to face with Jesus! That no matter the saved loved one or friend that has passed away, they are in the presence of the Lord, and one day we will be reunited with them. In particular, Paul talks about how we will be reunited with them in verses 16-18 of this morning scripture, and that's a precious promise I long for. I think that's why the questions from this morning's devotional, are being used by God to give me hope in the midst of my grief and sorrow, and I’d like to share them with you tonight. Please read these questions very carefully, and I pray that God will comfort your heart through them as well.

How can you draw strength from God’s promises to those who follow Him?

How can you comfort someone grieving over a loved one or friend?

Tonight, my friends, I'd like to share some things that God has shown me from his word throughout the years on this matter, through this vlog I'd like to share with you tonight, and I pray that what I share with you will give you comfort and hope to know that if your loved ones who have gone on before, that knew Christ as their savior, that you will see them again. Come join me in this vlog tonight my friends, and learn about this blessed hope for yourself! 😊

So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to reach out to every brother and sister in Christ, who has lost a loved one, or a dear friend who knew Christ, with powerful words from the late Chuck Smith, who stated so very well, “Our sorrow is for ourselves because we're still here, and we're going to miss them. We sorrow for what's been taken from us.” This means my friends, that when we mourn, our mourning is different from that of the lost world, because we have hope. We have hope that we will see our loved ones who have gone on before us, because they knew Christ is their savior, and one day, we will be reunited with them. That precious hope can be a reality for anyone, and I pray that if you know Christ as your savior, that you will cherish that hope.

UNTIL TUESDAY DEAR FRIENDS:

HAVE A BLESSED, SWEET, AND TRANQUIL EVENING IN CHRIST JESUS!!!
