My Pillow CEO — and Former Crack Addict — Shares his Cure-all for Addiction (ft. Mike Lindell)

If your answer is someone on the street getting high on drugs, you’re not wrong, but in this exclusive interview My Pillow CEO (and former crack addict) Mike Lindell argues you’re not exactly right either.

“Too many people believe that addicts are people on the streets spun out [on drugs], but I’m here to tell you that addiction affects everyone — no matter how many forks you eat with,” Lindell said. “It doesn’t matter if you’re on the street eating with no forks or some four forker with billions of dollars.”

Lindell, who founded My Pillow in 2004 but didn’t quit crack cocaine until 2009, was what he describes as a “highly functioning addict.”

The cure for his addiction came after an unlikely intervention by those supplying him with drugs — and his own humble prayer to God. Jesus answered.

“Addicts want to hear from other addicts with successes, and I’ve set up the Lindell Recovery Network — it’s free and it’s online,” Lindell said. “You’re going to get freed of your addictions, but that’s just the bonus: the real thing that’s going to happen — and the biggest thing — is that you’re going to find Jesus.”
