Surrealist artist Man Ray (1890-1976) befriended Los Angeles surgeon Dr. George Hodel (1907-1999) based on their photographs, postcards and letters. Dr. Hodel has been creditably accused of being the Black Dahlia murderer, due to the surgical wounds sustained by Elizabeth "Beth" Short (1924-1947) before her death. This video relies on evidence gathered by Dr. Hodel's son Steve Hodel, as well as analysis of Man Ray's disturbing artwork.

Contains disturbing themes and images.
