Classic scones. Scones are thought to have originated in Scotland in the early 1500s and the first known print reference was made by a Scottish poet in 1513.

Ingredientes
300g flour / farinha
90g butter/ manteiga
35g sugar/ açúcar
1 egg / ovo
160ml milk / leite
1/2 tsp salt / c. chá de sal
4 tsp baking powder/ c. chá fermento em pó
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Bake for 15 minutes
Preaqueça o forno a 200°C
Asse por 15 minutos
