This truncated pilates fusion workout is sure to get the core cooking in no time. It weaves traditional pilates movements in with barre and yoga-inspired movements; requiring a thick yoga mat for spinal support. You may also want a pilates ring (also known as a Magic Circle) or a hand towel as a substitute along with a very light set of weights (I am using 2's).
