COP FLIPS OUT ON TRAFFIC STOP OVER "F*CKIN LOSERS" FROM PASSING CAR

Deputy Brooks couldn't hold it together. He HAD to violate somebody's rights because his feelings were hurt. When cops show signs like this where they can't control themselves, it's usually just a matter of time before people start getting hurt.
