Musings #190 Emotional Accountability

In a relationship we hold each other accountable in many ways, one of these is emotionally. We are emotional beings, so we will have emotions no matter what. Some of which are expressed without our realization or slip through our control. Yet we acknowledge this and take responsibility for them. Then face how they effected the other and talking through it, we maintain a healthy relationship.
