Making A Beer Called Uncle Brian

If you enjoy watching a frustrated middle aged man in the midst of a mid life crisis making beer then this is the video for you, I attempt to brew a strong Belgian style ale (who could resist such a thing?) with little knowledge of brewing techniques or even the correct words.
