TRANS Beauty Queen RUINS the Competition For the Rest of Them! Italy BANS Them Going Forward!

Miss Netherlands might have broken a glass ceiling, but Italy is right there to seal it up. Rikkie Valerie Kolle became the first trans woman to beat a lot of biological women, legally, in a public beauty pageant, in front of a suspected cast of blind judges. It was a publicity stunt that Italy took personally as they swiftly decided to close their door on that prospect.

It's the first of many such moves and the correct way for scenarios like this to stop occurring. Try as you might to stand up for women's spaces, but the change can only come from within the organization, observers cannot make a lasting impact. All you can do is laugh at it.
