Jeep Island Snorkeling Chuuk Lagoon

Joseph & I take a snorkeling excursion with Blue Lagoon Dive Shop out to Jeep Island. We start from Weno, pass Uman, then 40 min later arrive at Jeep Island, a very small island that we snorkeled all around. We swam out to the edge of the reef where it drops off to deep water. Reef sharks, colorful corals, sea cucumbers, shells, and a spotted ray. My videos under water didn't come out very well. Choppy water made for lots of small particles in the water. I could see things much better under the water than the pix came out. We were greeted on the island with fresh coconut water to drink out of the coconut. I think we were the first visitors since the covid shutdown. We visited Oct. 18, 2022. Tourism is just starting back up again, SCUBA Diving will begin 1st November, 2022.
