What is a "government" today?

Please note:
This is NOT a discussion about who aliens really are, and if they're real or not;
And this is NOT a discussion about what and who the 'one world leader' or governor is!

The point of this caricature video is completely different!
~ What has the modern government become for us today? In every country without exception!
~ Is the government still a servant to its people, or is it the other way around?
~ Is there real democracy anywhere, and do regular people really have power anywhere against their government?
~ Do the regular people really have any choice or freedoms, in the face of today's government and the world government?

I personally think this satirical caricature cartoon is very poignant and shows today's reality of the Tyrannical Dictatorial National Governments and the overarching, overpowering WORLD GOVERNMENT in the face of the UN and WEF.

**PLEASE don't start it again with the "aliens"!
Everybody and their mom in the "truther community" and the "awake christian community" already knows all there's to know about that.
