Week 3 push day. Really strong session today, crushed the log book and got some juicy pumps in return.
Workout-
2x peck fly.
2x Dumbbell incline press.
2x Smith low incline press.
2x Seated converging press.
2x triceps rope extension.
1x Machine overhead extension.
3x Lateral delt raises.

All sets to failure.
