Never Let a Siberian Husky Off Leash?

First of all, you should always respect the rule. My husky is the exception not the rule.
I was scared if max get off leashed before he turned one year old. After Max had his first birthday party, his behavior is getting much better. Now I can just let him enjoy the freedom once in a while in my neighborhood.
