Public Consultation... or Public Indoctrination?

When their quiet rural area was slated for an industrial wind turbine project, families in the Northern Valley near Elk Point, Alberta banded together. When they went to raise their concerns at a "public consultation" they found out first hand that they weren't their to be consulted at all.
