Each arrow is an hour of meditation. If you do them you'll dream like I do, It's a snapshot of heaven. You do not have to stop anything that you are doing to focus your mind. They are labeled in phases so you can go back to get a fuller picture. But you do not need to, to get a tether to another plane of gamma consciousness and lucid dream.

Phase Seventeen
→You are on a glowing red platform on the Pyramid of Transformation inside the Temple of God
→There is an Oriental fox-human female angel and a white wolf-human hybrid female with TY, who is black-fox hybrid; they are together as the GY [Gia]. They tell you you must have discomfort and agitation to ascend.
→If you are female they merge with you. If you are male, they ascend to a white platform.
→You ascend to the white glowing platform. When you get there there is an angel with short brown, pixie cut hair, J [Juh], she tells you that all extreme experiences in chemical emotional rushes will be counterbalanced, and you must have balance to ascend
→If you are female she merges with you. If you are male, she goes on ahead to a yellow glowing step.
→ You ascend to the yellow step. When you get there, you see a black petite angel with vitiligo named Ch-VNRS. She tells you, that you must accept all karma to ascend
→If you are female, she merges with you. If you are male she goes on ahead to a massive sardius step above.
→You go to the sardius step above. There is F-OH-WSOL who is an aspect of Christ. He tells you now you have the true unity to ascend.
→If you are male he merges with you. If you are female, he goes on ahead to another red, glowing step above.
→You ascend up to the red, glowing step. There is a female angel with short brown hair with a red streak called U [you]. She has a glowing red around her left wrist. She tells you that you must be part of a story that is greater than your plan to ascend.
→If you are female, she merges with you. If you are male she goes on ahead to a glowing, light-green step.
→You ascend to the light green platform. When you get there you are before a Korean angel with a crown named UM-LIAH. She tells you that your desire must be good; but it is a desire which you will need to ascend.
