We tried 3 new recipes this week and boy were they GREAT! We were so impressed by all of them and can't wait to have them again. Steven's new favorite Mexican dish, my new favorite breakfast casserole, and a quick and easy "dump and go" Crockpot meal .... I mean, it doesn't get any better!

FIESTA LIME SAUCE (Mexican Ranch Dressing):
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup salsa
1 Tbls lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced

Mix all ingredients until smooth and refrigerate!

TACO SEASONING RECIPE:
1.5 cups chili powder
2 Tbsp ground cumin
1/4 cup kosher salt
1 Tbsp onion powder
2 Tbsp garlic powder

LAURA'S CRAZY CROCKPOT CHICKEN
4 boneless skinless chicken
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of french onion soup
Frozen chopped spinach or fresh if you have it
Salt and pepper to taste
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Auntie Nono’s seasoning
So Super easy ...
Season your chicken breasts, with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and Auntie Nono’s seasoning on both sides to taste.
Combine 3 cans of soup mix with the spinach.
Spray crock pot with Pam spray and add chicken and soup mixture to crock pot.
Cook on low or high for 4-6 +/- hours depending on your schedule.
Serve over rice or riced cauliflower.
