Welcome back to another What's for Dinner video! If you are looking for dinner inspiration, you are in the right place! I make easy meals that have simple ingredients your family will love! This week all three meals were great for any time of year, but felt especially right for summer. Thanks for watching and thank you to those of you who have subscribed! My channel hit a big milestone this week and our family has been celebrating!!

1:24 Instant Pot Baked Potatoes
Wash potatoes and poke holes with a fork all over. Place 1 cup of water in IP and place trivet inside. Put potatoes on trivet. Close lid, set to sealing and cook on high pressure for 16 minutes (a couple minutes longer for larger potatoes) and allow to slow release for 10 minutes. Let the rest of the pressure out quickly and enjoy!

13:20 Dump & Bake Pineapple BBQ Chicken

1 -package of chicken tenders
1- jar of your favorite BBQ sauce (I normally use a sweet heat sauce for spice)
1 -can of Pineapple chunks (or fresh if you enjoy cutting your hands to shreds)
1 -orange & 1 yellow bell pepper
1- jasmine rice (or regular rice..totally optional)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Cube chicken -place into baking dish
Cube bell peppers - place into baking dish
Drain Pineapple and add to baking dish
Pour BBQ sauce over Ingredients
Mix and bake for 30 minutes (or until chicken is cooked through)
Serve over rice and ENJOY😊
