I ordered the Kitchen Crop VKP Brands Fruit Saver Steam Canner, 7 Quart Jar Capacity, from Amazon on July 14, 2023. It arrived on Friday, July 21. I was in the middle of getting things ready for a Saturday yard sale but had to stop and do an ugly unboxing!

**Using the oven: I have a vintage oven which uses a standing pilot light. This means the pilot light is always on, there is no igniter. My oven, therefore, stays warm enough to incubate ferments.
