Rebel canning English peas (Amish way)

So this weekend I'm canning corn, English peas and tomorrow after church I will be canning zucchini so I thought I would show you the English peas one thing I forgot to tell you is once you fill your jars take a paper towel with vinegar on it and wipe the jar rim off with that to make sure there's nothing on there that will prevent it from ceiling.

The vegetables I got were all Frozen from Southwest Produce,so when you get ready to use them you will run warm water over them to get the ice off and then let them sit till you get ready to put it in the jars. So I hope you understand that you don't have to have a pressure cooker to do all this stuff I went online and I watched a young lady make it make I think it's the name of her Channel she's awesome guys look her up on YouTube.
