Canning Pickled Red Cabbage

Pickling is one of the easiest things you can make when canning. We love pickled red cabbage. It is really yummy.

The Brine Recipe:
1 part vinegar
1 part water
1 part sugar
Salt and spices to taste.

I processed these jars for 25 minutes in a water bath canner.
